Our system is very simple and easy to use, we've built the system in such a way as to make it intuatitive for any sales exec or manager to navigate and find their way around. There's no point having systems that do everything, when no-one knows how to use them except a computer genius!

Types of users we support

 

Sales Managers / Dealer Principals

Our system helps managers manage the dealership. It reports on all showroom activity, gives a dashboard of what sales exec is seeing what customer, which customers are expected in, and at what time. It tracks conversion rates and also linking to our DOC program, it shows you profit on cars, accessories & finance.

 

Sales Exec

Sales Exec's get organised with our excellent and easy to use customer relationship management tool and combined diary system. Simply record the customers details and what vehicle they are looking for, and track them in your diary for future test drives, follow up calls.

AutoSLM has everything a sales exec needs to manage and oranise their customer database to look and sound professional when following up customer. Never forget about a customer again with detailed notes and customer history available at your fingertips on any device from any location.

 

Reception / Host

Reception is the first impression a customer gets of a car dealership, so our system helps receptionists track calls and pass them to the correct sales people. Calls that require customer calls backs are marked, so a sales exec can see who's call and what message the customer left.

A full report of calls can be viewed and reception can also add in sales leads for sales execs from other locations such as website enquiries.

If you have a host, why not try our iPad app, help your host monitor and greet customers by name. Their iPad allows them to use the system whilst walking around the showroom greeting customers.

 

Service Manager

AutoSLM has a module for service. It allows you to search the sales customer database for customers, and then add in service notes to that customer record. You can see very easily the customers full history, notes and details you might need to be aware of when the customer comes in to visit.

Service users also link into our reception module. A full report of customers & calls missed can be viewed by service, so you can find and contact a customer very quickly.

 

Nurturer / Marketing

Sales Exec's can over time build up very large customer databases, and they don't always get time to call every customer back. So we invented the nurturing user module for our system. This person can be on-site or remote from the dealership, they can work individually or as a team to contact any customers that are being left to one side by the sales exec's.

The role of a nurturer is to simply contact customers to see if they are in the market to purchase a car again, or for example if they are on their change cycle. If they are, they can book an appointment for the customer to see sales exec and add that straight into the sales exec's diary along with all the notes that the sales exec needs to know about this returning customer.

Nurturers can also use our marketing suite to keep in contact with customers through broadcast SMS messages and email campaigns.

 

Stock Manager

AutoSLM has a full stock management suite as a module of the system. We link with all UK web site providers to the motor industry to collect daily stock feeds so you can show a full stock list with high quality images to your customers.

Stock managers can use the stock to print point of sale material, with or without QR code trackers. We can report on stock, and the invetory values and produce basic or full image stock lists for customers to take away if required.
